| Material Engineering |
| Through this graduate program students can polish their careers in advanced study, research and development of materials science and technology based on their undergraduate foundations of physics, chemistry, electronic materials and information science. |
| Machine System Engineering |
| This program is a continuation of the Department of Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program. It focuses on machine systems mainly from the viewpoint of thermal engineering, fluid engineering and manufacturing. Material process engineering and mechatronics are also incorporated for new materials and intelligent machine design, respectively |
| Life Science |
| This program is a continuation of the Bioproduction Engineering Program and the Biology Program of the Department of Basic Science and Biotechnology. Consideration of environmental problems and study of the quickly changing life science fields are the core focus of the graduate program. |
| Graduate School of Business Administration |
| The Master Course has three majors: business management, accounting and management information. Based on a two-year program, students in each major focus on the core curricula: management, marketing, international business administration, etc. in business management; financial accounting, management accounting, etc. in accounting; and business statistics, information management, etc. in management information. |

| Graduate School of Science and Engineering |
| Function Control Engineering |
| The Material Engineering and Machine System Engineering Courses in the Master's Program are combined in the Function Control Engineering Doctoral Program. Students broaden and deepen their knowledge as they study for doctorates in the fields of material, device, machine system or energy system engineering, or in information technology. |
| Life and Environmental Science |
| This doctoral program covers four main fields of biological studies: molecular biology, neurobiology, oceanology and environmental biology. The program provides a higher level of research and education in these fields, and offers good opportunities to study for a PhD in subjects of interest in these areas. |
| Graduate School of Business Administration |
| The Doctor Course is a three-year program. The focus of this doctoral program is to submit a dissertation for a degree. Writing this doctoral dissertation on a subject of business administration adds a deeper dimension to the research and study of it. |
